Exercise?

Farros loves playing go around, that makes his body always do exercise. He moves in corner to other corner with running, stop doing something with your hand, then moving again.
That's totally different when you see me. Almost all the time I sit in my chair, thinking how to solve problems or how to manage the work in my laboratory or in IO. I spend my spare time/weekend for sleeping.
I want to do exercise routinely, wish my headache has gone. Actually I like swimming, but I couldn't swim. Could you teach me??? :-)
