Why so hot here???

I don't know what happen with my body. Almost everyday I feel very hot, even I stay in a room with Air Conditioner. And the bad thing, when I feel the weather is hot, I will get headache. One of my friend said that my headache is a very close friend of me, because she will be around me anytimes, especially in hot condition.
So sad.... I try to do exercise routinely, I go swimming and jogging, but why 'my close friend' is still around me?? any idea how to remove the headache forever??? Don't said that I have to remode my HEAD lol.
